Founder of UNFRAMED
Larry started his career as a tech consultant in the New York before moving to Asia. He co-founded an Ashoka-awarded global community, MakeSense. As a social innovation and entrepreneurship practitioner, Larry has been involved in building ecosystems, advising and mentoring entrepreneurs for the past 6 years in Europe, China and Singapore.
PROGRAM MANAGER & SOCIAL IMPACT COACH
Adrian is passionate about social innovation and social impact. He believes in providing the right support for social change makers to realize their full potential. In his spare time, Adrian devises skills-based volunteering programs with Conjunct Consulting, for corporate professionals to contribute their expertise to social causes.
Alvin 's specialties include marketing strategy, user experience & product development. Through his experience as Co-founder and Product Lead at AfterYou.co, he coaches entrepreneurs with the right skills and knowledge to validate their ideas, identify market opportunities and build a viable business.
UX STRATEGY COACH
Aishah integrates research, designs flows, sketches wireframes, does qualitative user testing and runs design studios to bring teams closer to a solution that works. Prior to doing UX, she was part of an investment team where she sourced and helped early-stage startups bring their products to life with most of them successfully moved to their next stage.
UX & UI DESIGN COACH
Yugene Lee has over 4-year digital design experience. He is currently running a digital design boutique – JIN Design. He approaches each project with design thinking, and adds value to business with his expertise He has served a wide range of clients, including MediaCorp, Lay’s and Doritos, Orchard Central, ST Enterprise, etc.
Tomithy works with ST Telemedia, a long-term strategic investor in Telecommunications, Data Centre and high-tech companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he was with IIX and Shujog, and responsible for identifying various institutional investors in social venture funds and curating of deals for the investment pipeline.

As the founder of Croeni Foundation, Jan Croeni is a serial entrepreneur-turned philanthropist. He is an active mentor, advisor and investor at startups and incubators, with a special focus on cause-related ventures, social enterprises and for-impact companies. Previously, Jan co-founded and managed companies which raised USD10+ million, exited with USD50+ million, went IPO, and employed 250+ staff reaching out to millions of customers in Southeast Asia.
Jeff Kwan is the Director of Social Enterprises & Employment Development at Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS). Prior to joining the social service sector, he had extensive professional experiences spanned across organizations such as Sun Hung Kai Securities, Nikko Securities, Merrill Lynch, OCBC Securities, etc. Jeff has been an active entrepreneur and private investor for a number of years.
Andrew Buay is the Vice President for the Singtel Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility and a Talent Coach for the Optus Future and Emerging Leaders program. Andrew held various senior positions across the Singtel Group in Singapore, Australia and the Philippines. Andrew also ran Singtel Ventures from 1997- 2000, a S$150m technology investment fund investing in emerging technologies in the ICT sector to drive innovation for the company.
Monica Tsai is the Senior Director for Singtel Innov8, a venture capital arm of Singtel Group which invests in and partners with innovative startups worldwide. It has a fund size of US$250m. Since 2011, Monica have supported the fund’s investment activities and operations. Prior to Innov8, Monica was Director of Strategic Investments at Singtel, where her remit included coordinating and executing M&A activities undertaken by the Singtel Group.
Ng Ling Ling
Ng Ling Ling is currently Group Director (Fundraising & Engagement) and Managing Director (Community Chest) of National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Singapore. Ling Ling supports several fundraising committees comprising high level corporate business leaders and public sector senior officials. Prior to joining NCSS, Ling Ling was in the financial industry, specializing in treasury functions.
Richardo Chua is the Group Managing Director of a social enterprise events agency - Adrenalin. He worked in the public sector with the Economic Development Board for 2 years, where he encouraged overseas companies to invest in Singapore. It was also at EDB that he was inspired to combine his love for events with his heart to contribute to the community and start Adrenalin. Richardo is active in the social enterprise industry and speaks regularly at forums.
